Hard to believe……it’s been one year since the Pete and Joy’s dream of opening Station 343 happened! Yes, on August 3rd, we will be celebrating the ‘almost’ one year anniversary of our opening.

Joining us for the evening will be Chicago Blue’s Legend, Pistol Pete, in the house! He is truly phenomenal, and it would be a shame if you missed him. He’ll be playing from 10PM – 1AM. On special will be our fabulous Prime Rib, both Queen and King Cut, Joe’s Famous Ribs with Shrimp Alexander, and our much requested Grilled Scallops with a Mandarin Ginger Sauce. We will be having a REAL FIESTA!!! Dining hours will be 4:30- 9:00PM and we’ll be serving authentic Mexican food. Start out with Queso Blanco and Homemade Tortilla Chips, followed by our Mexican Soup, Shrimp, Chicken or Steak Fajitas, Chimichanga, or a Chicken or Cheese Quesadilla. We will finish off your meal with a complimentary sample of our famous Homemade Bread Pudding, served with a warm whiskey sauce and a dollop of fresh crème. And another plus….kids 12 and eat free with an adult who purchases a regular menu entrée…..AND we actually will pay them $1.00 to eat!
